There are many FREE and confidential HOTLINES where you can talk to people who are trained to help you with whatever you are experiencing in your LIFE.
Sometimes you aren't in a place to talk or just don't feel like it.. never fear.. you can always find someone to listen, just Web Chat LIVE.
Sometimes you don't feel like talking and you're not comfortable web chatting, then try and get it on paper (or typed into your computer/tablet/phone). Then when you're ready you can print/email or handover what you've written to a TRUSTED person to help you work through whatever you are experiencing.
If you're comfortable just talking about anything you are experiencing, find a trusted person, sit down, tell them about it and if you want their advice, ask for it.
Let them know what you need from the conversation so you'll get the kind of help and support you'd like.

Are they Trustworthy?
Do I trust them to have my best interests at heart?
Have I been able to trust them with things in the past- have they been there for me in the past?
Are they kind, do they show compassion?
Do they respect my boundaries?
Had this person confided in me before?
